Role
You'll plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients. You'll own daily campaign performance — from keyword/audience research to budget & bid management, A/B testing ad creatives and targeting, and reporting on what's working and why.

What you'll do
Set up and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance
Run A/B tests on creatives and targeting
Track KPIs & ROI using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & other tools




Prepare performance reports and translate data into transparent recommendations
Collaborate with design/content teams on ad creatives and landing pages
Stay current on platform policies and industry best practices

What we're looking for
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Strong grip on CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and performance reporting
Understanding of SEO/content/social to align paid with overall strategy
Strong analytical, time-management, and communication skills
Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent experience
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification — big plus
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts — big plus
