Departmental Scope: Project Managers will directly oversee Project Executives, Site

Engineers, Supervisors, and supporting staff, coordinating closely with Procurement,

Logistics, Accounts, and HR for seamless execution.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or

related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus).

5–10 years of proven project management experience, preferably in construction,

interiors, or technical infrastructure projects.

Strong technical understanding of Raised Access Floors, UFAD, AFM solutions, and

power/ergonomic systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven ability to review, interpret, and approve CAD/technical drawings and BOQs.
Solid knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and vendors with efficiency.
