Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical lead with extensive experience in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to lead our development . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Node.js and React.js to guide technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
Mentor and guide team members in technical and project management best practices.
Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Mandatory Skills
Solid expertise in Node.js is a deal breaker.
Proficient in React.js for front-end development.
Experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Experience in leading remote teams.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
