Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Senior Manager – Costing with 7+ of experience rooted deeply in a manufacturing setup, combined with agility from the D2C space. You will own our product costing, factory variance analysis, and margin optimization strategies. This isn't just a desk job—you will closely partner with the Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to optimize our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) right from the production line to the customer's doorstep.
What You’ll Do
• Shop-Floor Cost Ownership: Standardize and maintain product costing models, end-to-end Bill of Materials (BOM) validation, and landing cost structures for all manufacturing processes.
• Plant & Manufacturing Variance: Run rigorous monthly variance analyses (Actual vs. Standard costs) for raw materials, conversion costs, labor efficiency, machine hours, and scrap/wastage.
