Role Description The Site Reliability Engineer Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems by designing and implementing robust infrastructure and monitoring solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, optimizing system performance,



and automating operational tasks. The specialist will collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, define service-level objectives, and implement best practices for deployment, observability, and incident response. The role also involves maintaining documentation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
Strong Site Reliability Engineering skills, including reliability design, observability, incident management, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes.
Experience in Software Development with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Solid System Administration skills across Linux/Unix or Windows environments, including monitor
