Role Description The Artist role at Diva Lifestyles is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Artist will create hand-painted designs on wearable fabrics and home décor items, ensuring each piece meets the brand’s standards for originality and craftsmanship. Daily activities include sketching concepts, preparing surfaces,



painting and detailing designs, and finishing products for display or sale. The role involves collaborating with the team on new collections, custom orders, and workshop content, as well as maintaining a clean and organized studio space. The Artist may also support fabric painting workshops by demonstrating techniques and guiding participants in their creative process.
Qualifications

Ability to create original artwork on textiles and home décor, including skills in drawing, painting, and surface design.
Knowledge of fabric paints, brushes, and other art materials, with an understanding of color theory and composition.
Attention to detail, steady handwork, and quality-focused finishing for hand-painted pieces.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into visual designs, including bespoke and custom pieces.
Strong time management and organization skills to handle multiple projects
