Role Description The Information Technology System Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and hardware used in robotics development and operations. The System Administrator will manage user accounts, access controls, and backups, and will oversee network performance, security,



and connectivity for the office and lab environments. Daily tasks include monitoring system health, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to team members, and ensuring that all IT systems comply with company policies and security standards. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and operations teams to support specialized software, tools, and infrastructure needed for robotics testing and deployment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills, including operating system management, server configuration, user management, and backup/restore procedures.
