We’re Hiring: E-commerce Manager

Vetoni India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across major marketplaces and digital commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive sales, revenue and profitability.
* Manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, quick-commerce platforms and other online marketplaces.
* Own marketplace operations including catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory, content and product visibility.
* Plan and execute marketplace advertising and performance marketing campaigns to achieve sales and ROAS targets.
* Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, advertising and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage marketplace relationships and coordinate with key account managers.
* Optimize product listings, images, descriptions, keywords and SEO to maximize visibility and conversion.
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.




* Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, promotions and market trends.
* Manage inventory planning and ensure availability of fast-moving products.
* Prepare regular MIS, sales reports, forecasts and performance dashboards for management.
* Identify new marketplaces, digital channels and strategic opportunities for expansion.

Candidate Profile

* 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management.
* Robust hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart; experience with Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar platforms is an advantage.
* Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care or consumer products preferred.
* Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, catalogue management, pricing and promotions.
* Excellent analytical and commercial skills with a strong focus on sales and profitability.
