Role Description This full-time Insurance Agent role is a hybrid position based in Panipat, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will identify prospective customers,



explain life insurance products and solutions, and recommend suitable protection and savings plans based on client needs and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, generating leads, completing sales documentation, and ensuring accurate policy issuance and follow-up. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling queries and policy changes, coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Agent is expected to meet sales targets, maintain detailed records of interactions, and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
