Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls with international customers as per the assigned process.
Promote products and services through professional telemarketing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
Follow call quality and compliance standards.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Work effectively during the night shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.
Good spoken English and communication skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
Willingness to work in an international night-shift process.
