Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Debt Syndication will play a crucial role in assessing client requirements, structuring financial proposals, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring seamless execution of mandates. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth understanding of financial products, and the ability to manage both client and lender relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements to assess client financial health and fundability
Prepare teasers, financial proposals, and feasibility presentations for fundraising/credit requirements
Structure, draft, and present financing proposals to lenders and investors
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for efficient mandate execution
Develop a solid understanding of various banking and financial products
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
