Job Description – Vending Machine Head Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Department: Vending Machine Business / Operations Position: Vending Machine Head Reporting To: Management / Business Head About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vending Machine Head to take complete ownership of the vending machine business operations across all locations in Bangalore. The person will be responsible for business development, corporate client acquisition, vending machine rentals, procurement, vendor management, product margins, machine operations, refilling coordination, sales reporting, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales and marketing, corporate sales, vending machine operations, procurement, and vendor management and should be capable of independently managing the complete business cycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Vending Machine Business Development Develop and execute strategies to grow the vending machine business across Bangalore. Identify and approach corporates, offices, IT companies, factories, hospitals,



educational institutions, and other potential locations. Generate leads and convert corporate prospects for vending machine rental/installation. Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Prepare proposals and quotations and close business deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand the number of vending machine locations. 2. Sales & Marketing Take ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop a robust corporate sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and locations. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities. Track competitor pricing, offerings, and market trends.
