About the Role
We are a consumer technology product company building products such as Bhaktilok (Devotional) and CashAlert. We are looking for a Full Stack Flutter & Kotlin Developer who can take complete ownership of building mobile products from scratch — from frontend and backend to APIs, payment gateway integration, third-party SDKs, deployment, and production support.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can independently turn a product idea into a production-ready consumer application.

Key Responsibilities
Build complete consumer applications from scratch using Flutter/Dart and Kotlin.
Develop high-quality, scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter, with Kotlin for native Android development and integrations.
Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, databases, and server-side architecture.




Integrate and manage payment gateways (PG), subscriptions, payment APIs, and transaction flows.
Integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain third-party SDKs and APIs.
Develop native Android modules and integrations using Kotlin when required.
Implement authentication, OTP, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, deep links, and other essential mobile services.
Design efficient database structures and API architecture.
Handle Android/iOS builds, release management, deployment, and production debugging.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Work with cloud services and backend infrastructure.
Take complete ownership of features from requirement → architecture → development → testing → deployment → maintenance.
Debug production issues across the frontend, backend, APIs, database, native code, and third-party integrations.
