Role Overview
As a Center Manager, you will be the complete business owner of the spa center. This is not just an operations role — you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while also identifying growth opportunities, improving customer experience, and leading your team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities: -




Own overall center performance including revenue, profitability, costs, and achievement of business targets
Drive revenue growth through services, memberships, retail sales, and local marketing initiatives
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining brand SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and audit compliance
Monitor budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and track key business KPIs for performance improvement
Deliver exceptional guest experience, handle escalations, and drive guest retention and positive reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel/resort partners and external stakeholders
Lead, manage, hire, and develop the center team to ensure high performance and productivity
Conduct performance reviews, training, and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence
Manage scheduling, resource utilization, and ensure efficient operational planning
