Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager at Roswyn – A Morgans Original Hotel is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives that position Roswyn as a premier luxury lifestyle destination. This role embodies Morgans Originals’ philosophy of honesty, creativity, and sophistication by combining creative campaigns, media relations, and guest-centric storytelling to elevate the hotel’s visibility and reputation across global and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning





Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, revenue, and brand loyalty.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels in alignment with Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos.
Collaborate with sales, F&B;, and operations teams to create campaigns that highlight Roswyn’s unique offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Communications & Public Relations

Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements to enhance Roswyn’s reputation.
Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
Oversee crisis communication strategies to protect brand integrity.
Coordinate interviews, features, and media events showcasing Roswyn’s lifestyle identity.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Oversee digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.
Create engaging content that tells
