? About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Senior Accountant / Accounts & Compliance Executive to independently manage the complete accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll, and financial operations of our Limited Company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, payroll, and ROC compliance, and should be capable of maintaining accurate books of accounts in Tally with complete supporting records for future audits, assessments, and statutory scrutiny.

? Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Accounting & Bookkeeping
* Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
* Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
* Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.




* Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.
* Ensure accurate and audit-ready financial records.

2️⃣ Supplier & Vendor Financial Management
* Maintain daily financial transactions with suppliers, vendors, airlines, hotels, travel partners, and service providers.
* Verify supplier invoices and record them in Tally.
* Process supplier payments as per approved schedules.
* Reconcile vendor ledgers and supplier statements.
* Monitor outstanding payables and prepare aging reports.
* Follow up for payment confirmations, credit notes, and reconciliations.
* Coordinate with operations and management for payment approvals.
* Maintain complete documentation for vendor transactions.
* Ensure GST and TDS compliance for vendor payments.

3️⃣ GST Compliance
* Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
* Reconcile GSTR-2B, purchase registers, and ITC.
* Handle GST notices and departmental queries.
