Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vizianagaram for a Lead UAV / Drone Systems Engineer. The role involves leading the design, integration, and validation of end-to-end UAV systems, including avionics, communication, navigation,



and ground control infrastructure. The engineer will oversee system architecture, define technical requirements, and coordinate cross-functional work with hardware, software, and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure flight operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving system-level issues, performing flight tests, analyzing telemetry data, and improving system performance and robustness. The person in this role will also develop processes and documentation, mentor engineering team members, and collaborate with partners and vendors to support scalable aerial logistics deployments.
