Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Guide and support junior team members
Maintain reports and track sales performance
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in cold calling and lead generation
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
