Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new leads, engage prospective customers, and promote MMH’s portfolio of house plans and customized design services.



Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and nurturing relationships from initial contact through conversion. The role involves collaborating with the design and technical teams to tailor offerings, preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation.
Customer relationship management, consultative selling, and ability to understand client needs in the home design and construction space.
Communication and presentation skills, with solid spoken and written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
