Upload, optimize, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of online strategies.
Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales.
Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and return/refund management.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, deals, and promotions.
Generate reports on product performance, marketplace KPIs, and customer insights.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues quickly.




Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
3-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other e-commerce systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze and interpret data.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
