Role Description The Import, Export & Procurement Manager is a full-time, in office role based in North Delhi. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, including coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, customs agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipment of materials and finished goods. The manager oversees procurement activities such as vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order management,



and inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted supply of packaging materials. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring shipment schedules, optimizing freight and duty costs, maintaining accurate records, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves collaborating with production, finance, and sales teams to align procurement and trade activities with business goals and to support overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, customs documentation, incoterms, and international trade compliance.
Experience in procurement and vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
Skills in logistics coordination and supply chain management, with the ability to plan shipments, manage lead times, and optimize transportation costs.
Proficiency in using ERP or procurement systems
