Role Description The Sales Executive – Jewellery role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The individual in this role will focus on generating and managing sales for jewellery products, including prospecting new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting product features and advantages, conducting in-person meetings or showroom visits, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with internal teams to manage orders, inventory availability, and timely deliveries. The role also involves collecting market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and supporting promotional campaigns to grow brand presence and revenue.
Qualifications

Strong jewellery sales and retail skills, including product presentation, customer engagement, and closing sales in a showroom or client-facing environment.
Customer relationship and communication skills,



with the ability to build trust, handle queries professionally, and provide clear, courteous explanations of products and pricing.
Basic business and numerical skills to manage pricing discussions, simple calculations, and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports.
Market awareness and negotiation skills to understand customer needs, monitor competitor offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales-tracking software) and willingness to learn internal systems used by VirtuAxel.
Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal operational and finance teams.
Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail, or relevant experience in customer-facing roles; experience in a structured sales environment is an advantage.
