Plantex Agro Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Control qualified to join our team at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 2+ years in Quality Control, preferably in a flavour company.

Role: Ensure that every raw material, intermediate and finished flavour meets defined sensory, physical, chemical and documentation standards before being released.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and approve incoming raw materials as per defined specifications.
Conduct in-process and finished product QC and ensure consistent product quality.
Carry out sensory evaluation and basic physical/chemical analysis of raw materials and flavours.
Manage product specifications, COAs, test reports and QC documentation.
Conduct stability studies and maintain retention samples.
Develop and maintain QC SOPs, testing methods and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production,



R&D;, Sales and external laboratories on quality-related matters.
Identify deviations, investigate root causes and support corrective and preventive actions.

What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of QC processes in the flavour industry.
Good sensory evaluation skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of basic analytical and physical testing of flavours.
Ability to independently manage RM, in-process and finished product QC.
Ability to establish and maintain QC systems, SOPs and standards.
