Responsibilities for Social Media Intern
Collaborate with the team to create social and video content
Contribute to the content calendar with social media postings on a weekly and monthly basis
Monitor analytics with the rest of the team to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns
Participate in brainstorms to share ideas, define strategy and be instrumental in bringing them to life
Creative and multidimensional human that loves to tell a good story through photos, videos, and words
Lives, breathes, and eats current events and pop culture
Proficient in relevant social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other emerging channels
A quick thinker and problem solver
Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms




Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
Oversee the creating and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and products
Basic lead generation through calls, emails and DMs
Being present on camera and recording with one's device for basic shoots

Qualifications for Social Media Intern
