Plantex Agro Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Application Technologist - Sweet Category to join our team at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 5+ Years as an Application Technologist, preferably in a flavour company / application lab

Role:
Develop and optimise flavour applications and provide technical support from lab trials through customer trials to commercial production.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimise flavour applications across Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy & Beverages.
Conduct customer trials and recommend flavour, dosage and application solutions.
Troubleshoot flavour performance issues related to processing, stability and finished product.
Work closely with Flavourists and Sales to convert customer requirements into successful applications.
Develop application benchmarks, recipes and technical documentation.




Support successful products through customer approval to production.
Work on customer projects across India

What we are looking for:
Strong practical application knowledge and food processing understanding.
Good sensory evaluation skills.
Ability to independently design and execute trials.
Solid problem-solving and analytical approach.
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and Sales.
Experience in a flavour company - application lab
Degree in food technology or chemistry

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
