About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Agency experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI through continuous performance optimization.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization.
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
Create regular campaign performance reports and present recommendations.
Collaborate with the creative, content, SEO, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.




Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other productivity tools to enhance campaign planning, content ideation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Digital Agency experience preferred).
Solid hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Good understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns
