About the Role
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture industry.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's furniture products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Sales targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer relationship management.
Inventory management: Assist in monitoring stock levels,
ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of a graduate degree.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in retail sales, with a preference for experience in the furniture industry.
Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Location: The position is based at the company's showroom in Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
