? Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java applications and microservices
• Lead technical implementation and participate in architecture/design decisions
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices




• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Drive projects from development through deployment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices

? Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of solid hands-on Java development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team leadership abilities
• Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments
