This role is crucial for maintaining flawless operations and supporting ambitious initiatives across identity management, cloud platforms, endpoint security, and infrastructure operations. Your efforts will ensure a seamless technology experience for our global workforce What You'll Do Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to assist with identity and access management platforms, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Qualys, and Microsoft Intune. Manage identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning in accordance with security and compliance requirements.



Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, endpoint compliance policies, and access governance controls. Implement infrastructure updates, security patches, and technology improvements that improve system security and operational efficiency. Assist with vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit activities, and compliance initiatives. Work together with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to guarantee consistency in security controls, operational requirements, and risk management priorities. Support and maintain virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix technologies. Contribute to the implementation and management of hybrid cloud solutions spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
