Role Description The SAP ABAP HR Consultant role at Yempover Inc. is a part time, hybrid position based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting SAP HR modules using ABAP, as well as configuring and optimizing HR-related processes in the SAP environment.



The consultant will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure accurate integration of HR data and workflows. The role also involves testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams to support ongoing maintenance. During the 2-week engagement, the consultant is expected to deliver focused, high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and coordinate closely with local and remote team members.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices, with the ability to translate HR needs into SAP solutions.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations to ensure system configurations support compliant and effective HR processes.
Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law as it relates to HR data management and regulatory requirements in SAP HR.
