Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Sr. Visual Designer to manage and guide our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with marketing/creative agencies and handling real estate branding and marketing projects from scratch.
The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative campaigns while ensuring high-quality visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative/design team for daily tasks and project execution.
Handle real estate branding, hospitality, and marketing projects from scratch to final execution.
Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project planning and creative approvals.
Review and approve designs, presentations, videos,



and campaign creatives.
Guide junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative industry standards.

Required Skills
Strong experience working with creative/marketing agencies.
Experience in handling real estate projects, hospitality, and campaigns.
Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Excellent branding and visual communication skills.
Robust team management and communication abilities.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design/creative designing.
