Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective students. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, providing course information, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Follow up on student enquiries available in the CRM/back-office system.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and placement support.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Update lead status and student information in the CRM.
Answer student queries and provide accurate information.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.




Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls and student interactions.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to achieve follow-up and admission targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma.
