We're looking for a driven and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead branding, communications, digital marketing, and outreach in a fast-paced startup. You'll work closely with leadership to build brand presence, execute campaigns, and drive growth.
What You'll Work On
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Own content, social media, PR, and brand communication while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, external partners, and mentor interns/junior team members.
Preferred Background
MBA (Marketing)



or equivalent; related fields also considered.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or PR, preferably in a startup.
Strong communication, content creation, digital marketing, and project management skills.
Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, MS Office/Google Workspace, and platforms like Canva or Meta Business Suite.
