Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, new product development for bio pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Support Recent Product Development (NPD) by identifying and sourcing new materials, excipients, and packaging components.
Source and procure Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs) for formulation development, analytical studies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Ensure uninterrupted material availability while optimizing inventory levels.
Work closely with R&D;, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor master data in SAP.




Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and vendor management.
Experience in sourcing RLDs and supporting NPD projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

B. Tech / B. Pharm or any relevant qualifications
8 - 14 years of diverse experience in Biopharma or Pharmaceuticals industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
