Role Description As a Digital Counselor – Study Abroad Ed Tech at Kanan.co, you will guide prospective learners through their study abroad journey,



from initial inquiry to enrollment in coaching and counseling programs. You will conduct needs assessments, explain suitable courses, universities, and destinations, and provide clear information about test preparation options and timelines. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to digital inquiries (email, chat, social media, CRM), schedule counseling sessions, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. You will collaborate with coaching, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless learner experience, support webinars or information sessions, and contribute feedback to improve digital counseling workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kanan.co’s headquarters in Vadodara.
