Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer – Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur. In this position, the intern will support the design team by creating motion graphics and visual assets for eLearning videos, games, and simulations. Day-to-day tasks include storyboarding, designing graphic elements, animating text and images, and assisting in video post-production. The intern will collaborate with instructional designers and other creatives to align visuals with learning objectives,



maintain brand consistency, and meet project timelines. This role also involves iterating on feedback, preparing files for delivery, and staying updated on trends in motion design and digital learning.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for educational or digital media projects.
Foundational experience in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting for various formats.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, with an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
Ability to follow creative briefs, collaborate in a team environment, and incorporate constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced set
