Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Recruiter role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Human Resource Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process across various roles within the organization.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline aligned with the company’s mission and culture. The recruiter will handle job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and local labor regulations.
