Role Description The Intern: Social Media Management (remote) role is a full-time position focused on supporting and growing clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, assisting in the creation of engaging content,



monitoring social media channels, and optimizing profiles for reach and engagement. The intern will help implement social media strategies, track basic performance metrics, and provide input on campaigns and content ideas aligned with brand guidelines. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, timely responses, and effective community engagement is central to this role. This position offers exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activities and opportunities to learn best practices in social media management in a remote work environment.
Qualifications

Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with familiarity across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Effective Communication and Writing skills for creating transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned posts and messages.
