Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, Tally Prime, ERP systems, GST filing, and financial documentation, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment records.

Handle Tally Prime entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting.

Manage accounting activities through ERP software and maintain accurate financial data.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Maintain proper documentation for invoices, agreements, receipts, and payment records.

Handle real estate project-wise accounting, including land purchases, development expenses, sales, collections, and vendor payments.

Track outstanding receivables and payables and prepare regular reports.

Assist with monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.

Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime.

Experience working with ERP/accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Positive Excel and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
