Are you passionate about scaling brands through data-driven digital marketing?

We're looking for an experienced Performance Ads Manager with a proven track record in e-commerce and lead generation to manage and optimize high-impact campaigns for our international clients.

What You'll Do:

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns
✅ Drive high-quality leads and maximize ROAS
✅ Scale e-commerce campaigns with a performance-first approach
✅ Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding, and audience targeting
✅ Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization




✅ Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite
✅ Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to improve campaign performance and productivity

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
✔️ Robust experience in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
✔️ Excellent analytical and reporting skills
✔️ Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets
✔️ Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and AI-powered marketing tools
