Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and driving in-store sales. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and ensuring prompt, courteous service at the counter and on the floor. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, explaining menu items, upselling and cross-selling bakery offerings,



and handling basic billing or order-taking processes. The specialist will help maintain store presentation standards, coordinate with the baking and operations teams to ensure product availability, and support training of new team members on service and sales best practices. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and a commitment to representing the Dunkel Braun brand professionally.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and respectfully with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to meet store targets, promote products, and support daily sales activities.
