Ltd. is building premium travel experiences across MICE, Medical Value Travel (MVT), Corporate Retreats, Wellness Retreats, Academic Immersion, Destination Weddings and luxury holidays. We are looking for a relationship-driven qualified who can open doors, build trust and close high-value corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Business Development
Acquire new corporate clients for MICE, conferences, incentives and business travel.
Generate leads through networking, referrals and field visits.
Build relationships with CXOs, HR, Admin, Procurement and CSR teams.
Conduct presentations, meetings and requirement discovery.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

Medical Value Travel (MVT)
Develop partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers and medical facilitators.
Generate inbound and outbound patient travel opportunities.
Build relationships with doctors and hospital management.

Corporate Wellness
Promote executive wellness retreats and employee wellbeing programmes.




Partner with HR teams for leadership retreats and employee engagement initiatives.

Journeys of Joy (CSR)
Present Feelivacation's CSR initiative to corporates.
Secure CSR partnerships and sponsorships.
Build long-term relationships with CSR and ESG teams.
Coordinate volunteering and employee engagement opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships
Develop partnerships with communities, institutions, universities and associations.
Identify long-term revenue opportunities across all business verticals.
Represent Feelivacation at networking events, exhibitions and conferences.

Sales & Revenue
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with operations for seamless delivery.

Skills Required
4–8 years in Corporate Sales, MICE, Hospitality, Healthcare or B2B Sales.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
