L2 Responsibilities :-
Infrastructure Support
Manage Azure resources:
Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux)
Storage Accounts (Blob, Disk, File)
App Services
Perform provisioning and deprovisioning
Incident & Service Request Handling
Monitor alerts via Azure Monitor / ITSM tools
Handle:
L2 incidents (VM down, connectivity issues, performance alerts)
Escalate complex issues to L3
Identity & Access
Manage Azure AD / Entra ID
Handle:
User access
RBAC role assignments
MFA issues
Networking
Support:
VNet, Subnets
NSG rules
Basic VPN troubleshooting
Monitoring & Logs
Check logs in Log Analytics
Respond to alerts and threshold breaches
Backup Operations
Monitor Azure Backup jobs
Perform basic restore operations
Change Management
Execute standard changes as per SOP
Follow CAB guidelines
