personally build the artifact. You decide who works a lead, assign the
solution architect before the first call is booked, make sure the lead
research is valuable enough to walk in with, and stay on top of deal status long
after the proposal goes out — even though Sales owns follow-up.

2. (You Name The Reason We Win)
Following process is the floor here, not the job. On every deal, you name
the one reason this client should pick CUBE84 over whoever else is in the
room,



based on what discovery actually surfaced — then you make sure the
proposal, the demo, and the calls all carry that theme. Win rate on your
deals is how this role gets measured, not clean paperwork on a loss.

3. (You Work In AI, Not Around It)
