Role Description The Business Development Manager at Coastal Habitat is a WFH, remote role focused on driving brand growth and expanding market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, cultivating relationships with retail partners and online marketplaces, and managing a pipeline of potential collaborations. The role involves conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends, developing outreach strategies, and preparing proposals and presentations for prospective partners.



The Business Development Manager will also coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of new partners, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
Market research and analysis skills to identify trends, customer segments, and competitive opportunities.
Strategic planning and partnership management abilities to design and execute growth initiatives.
