Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our enterprise pipeline through high-quality demand generation and outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience who excels at cold outreach, email marketing, and engaging enterprise-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities




• Generate qualified enterprise leads through outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
• Execute demand generation initiatives to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline
• Identify, research, and prospect target enterprise accounts and key stakeholders
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit
• Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Enterprise Account Executives
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Track outreach performance and continuously optimize messaging and cadence
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an Enterprise SDR or similar role
• Proven success in outbound pro
