We’re looking for someone who can turn conversations into conversions through active, engaging chats.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms.
Understand customers’ fitness goals and recommend the right GETSETFIT program.
Build genuine conversations and maintain active follow-ups.
Handle questions and objections confidently.
Convert conversations into memberships and achieve sales targets.
Maintain lead and conversion records.




Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, business development, or chat-based customer service.
Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
Natural, persuasive, and confident communication style.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Target-driven with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
Hindi/regional languages are a plus.
