Role Description
Conduct consultations to understand clients' financial circumstances and mortgage requirements.
Assess affordability and recommend suitable mortgage solutions based on clients' needs.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial enquiry to completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Stay up to date with UK mortgage products, lending criteria and market developments.
Ensure all advice and activities comply with FCA regulations and company policies.
Contribute towards achieving individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
CeMAP qualification is mandatory.
Newly CeMAP-qualified candidates and experienced Mortgage Advisors are both encouraged to apply.
Freshly qualified CeMAP candidates will receive comprehensive onboarding, product training, mentoring and ongoing support to build the knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the role.
Previous experience in mortgage advice, banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential for newl
