Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 L2 Administrator responsible for providing advanced operational and technical support for Microsoft 365 services. The role will involve troubleshooting complex incidents, user administration, mailbox management, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD activities, Exchange Online and basic on-premises Exchange administration.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration
Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Troubleshoot user access, authentication, licensing, mailbox and service-related issues.
Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, groups and service requests.
Analyse recurring incidents and identify permanent solutions.
Handle escalated incidents from L1/service desk teams.
Maintain incident,



problem and change management processes as per defined SLA.
Exchange Online
Troubleshoot mailbox access, mail flow, delivery and authentication issues.
Perform mailbox-related administrative activities such as permissions, shared mailboxes, distribution groups and forwarding.
Troubleshoot Outlook connectivity and Microsoft 365 authentication issues.
Basic understanding of Exchange Online message trace and mail-flow troubleshooting.
Understanding of Exchange Online policies and mailbox configurations.
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD – Basic Knowledge
Basic administration and troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
User and group management, including basic understanding of security groups and Microsoft 365 groups.
Basic knowledge of authentication, SSO and MFA.
Understanding of user sign-in and authentication-related issues.
Basic knowledge of Conditional Access policies and troubleshooting access issues.
