The Senior Merchandiser is the lead for all Online related activities that cover everything related
to the digital footprint of the brand – from the catalog activities and online store selection,
presentation and stock fulfilment, the authoring and follow up of critical paths. The candidate
must have and demonstrate an exceptional ability to view the department from an integrated
viewpoint, seamlessly and meticulously driving activities, deadlines and excellence throughout
the team.
CORE
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Critical Path Planning and execution
Creating, dispersing and planning critical path adherence for online store.
Authoring liaison with studio, catalog inventory and retail stores for product selection, visualization and collateral receipts, including standards and quality.

Product overseeing -
Managing every aspect of the product and product collaterals cycle as regards online team activities, and their record keeping.
Grasp and knowledge of the craft behind the product and textile understanding so as to oversee descriptions and definitions where needed.





Shoots and budgetary functions -
Coordinate all aspects of shoot related functions with team and externally - ranging from product procurement, liaison with shoot and studio teams, return of products, .
Creation maintenance and updation of departmental budget sheets and details.

Admin overseeing -
Ensure all admin functions of the team are managed and executed in a
timely and productive manner.

Common Departmental tasks –
Design tagging of inbound stock
Stock/product requirements for photography campaigns and special promos.
